AYSO Invitational - Open to U-10 AYSO teams only from all Sections

Eligibility:
|
U-10 Division AYSO Registered girls and boys. Maximum 10 per team.
|
Fees:
|
$325.00 entry fee plus $200 refundable referee deposit. A team of 3 referees must complete 4 games for a full refund of the referee deposit. Partial refunds for games not played or refereed. See Tournament Rules & Regulations for complete refund information.

Games:
|
5 games minimum are guaranteed for each team, weather permitting. 40 minute games on Friday, 50 minute games on Saturday.

Medals to each registered player. Pins to players, coaches and referees

Tournament income is dedicated to field renovation and maintenance.

Follow the steps below to enter your U-10 team in the 2007 Arroyo Seco Cup. Three forms are required to be submitted. You can use the links below to download the forms as PDF files.

Download and review the Tournament Rules & Regulations .

Send an e-mail to Tournament Director Fred Morales at moralesfred@msn.com . Let him know that you would like to enter a team in the tournament. Please include your region number and coach name in the subject line of your e-mail.

Download, print and complete a Tournament Application Package.

Mail your Team Application form with a $525.00 check issued by your region. This amount includes the $325.00 entry fee and a refundable $200.00 referee deposit. The check should be made out to AYSO Region 214. Upon receipt of the application and check, space permitting, we will reserve a slot for your team. The remaining player forms and referee forms may be sent separately, prior to the deadline of November 2.

Complete a Team Roster Form, with a maximum of 10 players. Include the AYSO Player I.D. Number and date of birth for each team member. Jersey numbers may be completed later if not known at this time. This form must be signed by your regional commissioner, and the original signed form must be sent in.

Review the Referee Plan and mail a completed Referee Information form. Each team is expected to provide a qualified team of three referees. Referee teams may include the coach and parents of the players. We will make every effort to schedule referee assignments at times other than your scheduled game times. Referees will not be assigned to referee their own teams' games.

The Team Application form, Team Roster Form, Referee Information form and $525.00 payment should be sent to:

With the exception of the Team Roster Form, forms may alternatively be submitted as an e-mail attachment sent to moralesfred@msn.com . Again, please include your region number and coach name in the subject line of your e-mail.

Game schedules will be posted online at www.ayso214.org one week prior to the tournament. Teams should plan on checking in at the Tournament Headquarters at least one hour prior to their first scheduled game on Friday morning.

Five game cards will be mailed to you within a week of the tournament. Please complete these cards and provide one to a referee at each game.
