“NOTES TO COACHES AND PARENTS REGARDING PHOTO TIMES.  The published schedule takes game time conflicts into account.   Due to the scheduling challenges of selecting times for over 200 teams in a eight hour photo day, it is not possible to have each team take their photos one hour or so BEFORE their game, with nice, fresh uniforms, etc.  Some teams have photo times before their games, some after.  Note that the closest time gap for a team taking its photo PRIOR to its game, is 45 minutes, which should allow plenty of time to get to the game after the photo shoot is over.  However, approximately 30 teams, with GAME TIMES at 10:00 a.m., 1:00 p.m., 1:45 p.m., and 3:00 p.m., have PHOTO TIMES scheduled within 30 minutes AFTER THE GAME.  For these teams, it would be advisable to be prepared to advise any parents at the game of the need to go directly from the game to the photo shoot, so as not to delay the team photo.  Thanks in advance to all coaches and parents for making the busiest day of the AYSO year a smashing success.”
