Volunteers for Opening Ceremony and Photo Day

 If you signed-up/volunteered for this event or if you need to fulfill your volunteer commitment and were not able to fulfill an earlier commitment, please note the following:

 Please contact Tracy Green at tgreen@greenassoc.com  or at 213-233-2261 in order to coordinate volunteer times and confirm you will be there.

Place:  South Pasadena High School Stadium Field  
           & Baseball Field (Photos)
           1401 Fremont Avenue, South Pasadena 91030

 Opening Ceremony Volunteers:

n      Opening Day Setup:  6:00 a.m. check in at Fremont Field to help set up field.

n      Opening Day Ceremony Help:  7:00 a.m. check in at Fremont Field to help direct teams.

n      Opening Day Ceremony Take Down:  9:00 a.m. check in at Fremont Field.

Photo Day Volunteers:

n      Photo Day Coordinators:  Times are staggered throughout day.  Check in via email or phone for your time.

n      Photo Day Volunteers:  Times are staggered throughout day.  Check in via email or phone for your time.

n      Merchandise Volunteers: Times are staggered throughout day.  Check in via email or phone for your time.
