AYSO Region 214 offered 3 walk-in Registration dates which have passed and on-time Registration for the Fall 2009 season is now closed.

We are accepting Late Registrations, but please be aware that your child may be placed on a waitlist if we do not have any openings in their division.  Players whose parents volunteer to be a coach or referee will be given 1st priority (please be sure to register as a volunteer in eAYSO and send 2 signed copies of your volunteer form with the registration form). 

The registrar will notify you within 2 weeks of receiving your registration forms and fee if your player is registered or on a waitlist.

The player fee for U6-U14 is $145 ($120 on-time registration + $25 late fee) and for U16 & U19 is $125 ($100 on-time registration + $25 late fee).  Check made payable to AYSO Region 214.

Please print your pre-registration form on-line (Click on the AYSO Registration tab to the left and follow the directions for pre-registration on eAYSO), sign it, and mail your payment and registration forms to:

Families who do not volutneer to coach or referee will be encouraged to volunteer for a position that we still need to fill.  Parents also have the option to become a Patron for $150 instead of filling a volunteer position.  Sponsorships are also available (See Sponsorship Page)
