AYSO Region 214 offered 3 walk-in Registration dates which have passed and on-time registration for the Fall 2008 season is now closed.

We are still accepting Late Registrations in the following divisions  only: (updated 9/21/08)

• GU10- waitlist
• BU12- waitlist
• GU12- waitlist
• BU14- waitlist
• GU14- waitlist          

The registrar will notify you within 1 week of receiving your registration forms and fee if your player is registered or on a waitlist.  Your check will not be cashed until your child is registered in their division.

The player fee for U6-U14 is $145 ($120 on-time registration + $25 late fee)  and for U16 & U19 is $125 ($100 on-time registration + $25 late fee).  Check made payable to AYSO Region 214

Please print you pre-registration form on-line (Click on the AYSO Registration tab to the left and follow the directions for pre-registration on e-AYSO), sign it, and mail your payment & registration forms to:

Families will be assigned a volunteer position that we still need to fill.  Parents also have the option to become a Patron for $150 instead of filling a volunteer position.
